We run subject workshops for Year 12 students which can be delivered at your school or college or at City, University of London. We can run a few different subject workshops in one event if there are enough interested students.
**Important note: this event is only for teachers making bookings for their school groups. Individual students interested in events at City, University of London are encouraged to attend an open day, taster day or book a campus tour. More information can be found here:

An example of what we offer
Our History department run a variety of sessions available for schools and colleges, including talks on what it is like to study History at university and taster lectures to give students a feel for university level study in the subject.

How it is delivered
Depending on the preferred format, we offer varying sessions:
- Why study ____?
- Mock lecture (less interactive, works well for talks held online)
- Interactive activity workshop
Sessions that take place at City will be in one of our teaching rooms or lecture theatres.
This is a free service and most sessions last approximately one hour, although it is possible to alter the sessions depending upon the needs of the school/college.
