Even before the pandemic there was already a certain amount of pressure on young people that called for them to have a level of resilience, from academic expectations, to mental health and peer pressure. These challenges have all been made even more complex with the current reality we’re living that has seen unpracticable changes to previously reliable processes and expectations.

In this workshop we will be looking at 5 practical tips that students can take away and apply today to feel more confident about their current situation and future prospects. We will explore how to develop resilience during uncertain times. The Key message we hope to share is that resilience is not the absence of difficulty but rather the ability to adapt and grow through and following adversity.
