Pathways to Property Summer School 2021

What will I be doing:
Our fully funded residential Summer School gives students the opportunity to explore the world of property and the range of career options available. With a mix of taster lectures, site visits, a group project and the chance to engage with some of the top employers in the industry, students will get to explore key themes in property such as sustainability, regeneration and globalisation and learn how to join the industry.

*Please note, we are carefully monitoring the changing conditions surrounding COVID-19. Whilst we will make every effort to deliver the Pathways to Property Summer School as an in-person residential event, the safety of the young people taking part is our primary concern. Therefore, if it is not safe to deliver the event in-person in 2021, the Summer School will still take place, but will be moved online. We will keep all applicants informed when a final decision is made as to whether the event will take place online or in person.

Support after the Summer School:
Students will get the opportunity to apply for a funded work experience placement in a leading real estate firm alongside further guidance through an e-mentoring programme. If a Summer School participant chooses to apply to study a property related degree at University, they will be eligible to apply for a bursary of up to £30,000 over three years of study.

Cost:
The Summer School is free to complete.

Who can apply:
The Summer School is designed for Year 12 students from state funded schools/colleges throughout the UK. Please see the website for full eligibility criteria.
