An activity logbook and 2 google forms will be filled out over the duration. They should engage with as much of the content as possible in order to receive prizes. Afterwards, there will be the opportunity to discuss what went well and how additional support could be provided.

• Doing walks before class
• 10-minute break workout
• Careers event
• Walk 10,000 steps in a day
• Meditation
• 10-minute Zumba class
