This workshop allows students to reflect into why the feel confident in some areas as opposed to others, and where this confidence comes from. We will explore influencing factors such as perception, comfort zones and familiarity before looking into how we apply these in order to build confidence in areas. This workshop is interactive and requires students to complete reflective tasks throughout before requiring them to focus on an area they would like to become more confident in and beginning an action plan to achieve it.

This workshop can be delivered virtually or in-school.
