In this session, we will discuss what we look for in a competitive undergraduate university application.

We will look at the overall admissions process including the personal statement, and how you can effectively demonstrate your subject enthusiasm and commitment. We will look at how to differentiate between extracurricular and super curricular activities, and how to convey your subject motivation and enthusiasm through providing ‘credible evidence’.

The session will also focus on the admissions interview, a unique component of some universities’ admissions process, and will explain what admissions tutors look for in interviews and how best to prepare.
