Full event details

This virtual workshop will help your students to adopt a positive mindset through;

-Embracing change
-Understanding what they can and can’t control
-Challenging negative thought patterns
-Recognising the people who can offer support and encouragement
-Taking action

Your students will take on some life-changing ideas and learn how to navigate life successfully with a positive and pragmatic outlook.


All sessions are accessible online on Zoom, to be streamed into classrooms across the county meaning there’s no need to arrange a school hall or mix students who wouldn’t normally mix.

You can sign up your classes to as many sessions as you like, they’re all available to all schools in Essex for students in Years 9 to 11.
