The Royal Holloway Biology Master Class

The aim of the Biology Master Class is to expose A-level students to University style research led teaching on current topics that are relevant to solving challenges in the 21st century. We aim to provide an interactive and participatory forum that enthuse students towards different areas of biology, stimulate thoughts, reading into the fields and researching different areas.

The master class is delivered across eleven free online talks, with each talk having a Q&A session the following week. Students will have access to the master class website with reading materials, links to learning resources, and all the presentations. Students will also have the opportunity to engage with academics and ask their questions. The master class will culminate in a symposium during which students will have the opportunity to present their own talks or posters.
