The masterclasses are available at our Performance Hub, Walsall Campus or at your Institution, see below:

Music/Music Education masterclasses at The Performance Hub:
- Beyond the score: creative composition workshop exploring creative forms of music
notation
- World Music: exploring Javanese Gamelan, Djembe drumming and Steel Pans

Music/Music Education masterclasses at your Institution:
- Devising an ensemble arrangement: how to take a simple melody and arrange it for
ensemble
- Vocal workshop: vocal ensemble techniques including singing in harmony

All workshops are 90 minutes duration and cater for 10-15 students

The Performance Hub boasts exceptional teaching and learning facilities for music, dance, drama and musical theatre all under one roof, to support student learning at the highest level. The Hub also doubles up as a performance venue, with shows and independent cinema at the Black Box Theatre.
