Swansea University's Current News series offers 1 hour evening sessions provided by academics, to provide prospective students with a taster of university teaching. The Spring series will run from 31st January to 10th February 2022, Mondays to Thursdays at 6pm.

Over this 2 week period, students can explore a range of subjects to help them narrow down their degree choices, find out more about university, and gather experiences to write about in their personal statements. The webinars are aimed at years 12-13.

Sessions available include:
• The Extinction of Marine Megafauna and the Evolution of Gigantism (Marine Biology)
• Sleep Detectives (Respiratory & Sleep Physiology)
• The Conscious Consumer (Marketing)
• Medical Cannabis (Pharmacy)
• Education Economics: Why Should You Ask Questions? (Economics)
• Criminology and Fashion: Where's the Harm? (Criminology)
• Epigenetics, Gene Regulation and Disease (Genetics)

Students can register now on our website, and will receive a Zoom joining link via email.
