Introduction to HE & Student Experience Talk:
This session introduces students to the concept of University and allows them to learn more through an assembly/lecture style session, with some interactive elements too! Exploring topics such as subject choice, types of universities & student living, this session sets a baseline for students to expand their knowledge throughout the day. Following the Introduction to HE, which will be delivered by a member of our Education Liaison team, your students will learn more about the real & fun side of university in a Student Experience Talk delivered by one of our current students.

Your Future Workshop:
Throughout this session students will begin to explore what may lay ahead in their future, whether it be a particular university course or a particular career. By investigating some of the options available to them and their own skillsets, students can begin to make choices surrounding their KS4 choices and can learn how these will influence the rest of their time in education. With several interactive activities, this session makes for a particularly enjoyable morning!

University Challenge:
This highly interactive and fun quiz allows students to consolidate and test knowledge gained throughout the day and provides a final opportunity for any questions that students may have. With rounds that cover a range of topics there’s a question for everyone!

Please note, there are a limited number of places per school (30 pupils) and the event has a capacity of 150 pupils per day. We would request that students participating in the events meet one or more of our WP criteria.
