Our taster courses are designed to give you an idea of what it would be like to study in the School of Engineering and Materials Science, whilst finding out a bit more about the course. Take part in taster sessions and talks from leading academics and current students to find out how we prepare our students to take a leading role in the world of engineering.

Taking place on International Women in Engineering Day, we will be celebrating women in engineering with a series of talks and interactive sessions from female engineers linked to the School of Engineering and Materials Science at Queen Mary University of London. You will have the chance to ask current students, alumni, and academics your questions and get a feel for what it is like to study and work in engineering from a woman’s perspective.
