An introduction to careers after a music degree
Clare and Jonathan speak about employability after you graduate with a degree in music. They explain how this course provides you with excellent skills for almost all areas of employment. Both speakers talk about the skills you will develop on this degree which are highly valued by employers and they explain why these are important for any job you pursue.

Music is a very broad subject and it is important to do your research before deciding which course is right for you, explain Clare and Jonathan. They speak in detail about a range of careers, jobs which require further study and jobs which are allied with the music profession. As well as this, they also talk about alternative careers you can pursue in other sectors such as the creative industry and the charity sector. Finally, Clare and Jonathan touch on things you should consider before choosing a music degree and share resources to help you to think about careers in music.
