University of Sunderland support for teachers and advisors

We can provide sessions on the following topics:

- University fee structure
- Scholarships and bursaries
- UCAS
- Making the most of University Open Days
- Supporting care experienced and estranged students.

Although we cannot deliver sessions in schools or on campus at present, please do get in touch if there is any support we can offer you and your students remotely.

We also have digital resources are available to support students, teachers, advisors, parents and carer during this time when we aren’t able to come and speak to you.

We have support available for primary, secondary and post-16 teachers to help throughout the year with a variety of resources. We have split our primary and secondary resources into key stages, and our post-16 resources into ‘making the right decision’, ‘applying to university’ and ‘preparing for university’.

We have added these resources into one, simple to navigate library which can be found on the schools and colleges section of our website.
