During this three-day event, you will learn directly from researchers at UCL about our different approaches to solving various challenges the world faces which include climate change, sustainable solutions for transport and energy, policy and raising the public understanding of science in tackling these challenges.

Through a combination of lectures, discussions, workshops and virtual lab visits, you will discover the world-leading research being undertaken at UCL to address these issues. Selecting a solution that you find inspiring, you will develop your communication skills to present to the cohort your understanding of the problem and how we can address it. This may be in the form of a news article, short talk or another format.

In addition to the above, attendees at this event will also receive appropriate advice on careers, UCAS applications and personal statements relevant to an application for the Natural Sciences degree programmes.
