Full event details

Anthropology is the comparative study of culture and society, asking big questions about what we have in common, and what makes us different. Anthropology is a highly rewarding - even life changing - subject to study at university. At LSE, students are pushed to question many of their core assumptions and are exposed to radically different ways of thinking.

LSE’s Department of Anthropology offers undergraduate programmes in Social Anthropology and a joint programme with Law. Designed for imaginative, critical thinkers who are passionate about understanding why the world is as it is – and about using the insights anthropology provides to make it better.

Open to Year 12 state school students in the UK - Come along to our taster course to experience two taster sessions with LSE academics, meet LSE students and discover the options available in the LSE Department of Anthropology.
