Short Session Delivered at your school/college or Birmingham City University
This 1-hour session will explore the contemporary lives of young people and the prevalence of diverse factors and influences that impact on their emotional well-being. Links will be made to the concept of personal identity (social identity, self-concept, self-esteem, and social comparison) during adolescence and why an understanding of these issues is important for practitioners and services working with young people during this time.
