Full event details

The GCSE Focus Day is aimed at students who are sitting a GCSE through college or a Further Education setting. You’ll explore the types of questions covered in the Foundation Tier papers and develop effective strategies to help you answer them. You’ll also be shown proven methods for problem solving which might benefit you in other areas of study.

If you meet our Access Plus criteria you’ll also be encouraged to apply for online tutoring sessions through MyTutor, to help support you with upcoming GCSE exams. 

Lunch and travel costs will be provided. Those with parental responsibilities are welcome to join, as we will have child friendly activities running throughout the day to support your attendance.

We aim to confirm places four weeks prior to the event through email. There will be a waiting list if we are oversubscribed. Priority will be given to those that meet our Access Plus criteria.
