Hi! Let us introduce ourselves. We are a small team with a big reach, helping people to find out more about all things university. A key part of our role is engaging with schools and colleges to deliver presentations, attend fairs and exhibitions and invite you to our beautiful campuses. We have been based in Edinburgh UK since 1821, just 6 miles from the city centre in a beautiful parkland campus and our School of Textiles and Design is based in Galashiels.

As the 8th oldest higher education institution in the UK, we have a wealth of knowledge and world-class facilities to call upon when we teach our students. From engineering to textiles, mathematics to marine studies, we have a wide range of subjects to choose from.

And that’s where we come in- helping prospective students navigate the path to their dream career. Our presentations are specifically tailored to ensure that they are widely relevant and easily comprehensible but delivered in a concise way to suit your timetables. As well as the opportunity to hear from us, many pupils utilise the opportunity to ask us any questions that they may have in an engaging Q&A session following a presentation. Feeling shy?
