Explore the breadth of the marketing sector and the growth of digital marketing, together with the jobs available in this sector. The first activity will involve some brief market testing and will then look at developing a strategy to communicate the product value to potential customers. The second activity introduces students to the world of event project management, marketing and sponsorship. In this activity, students must decide on Coventry’s core benefits, which can attract businesses as event sponsors. They will be encouraged to present their case in the form of a one-minute promotional video, using a variety of digital tools.
