The simulation explores strategic decision making, planning and leadership skills and aims to provide an understanding of why large technology companies like Apple, Facebook and Google are as successful as they are. The second activity will introduce the students to the sport industry, showing why it has to be managed like any other business, then explore one particular sector — the sport agent. Students will also consider how the sports star should be managed at a personal level, providing the opportunity to broaden their knowledge of human resource management and aspects of brand marketing. The aim of the simulation is to survive in a market of fierce competition and to run a profitable company
