Taster Theme: The purpose of criminal law.

Dr James Slater explores the purpose of criminal law in this upcoming taster.

Is criminal law there to deter? Should it provide retribution for a criminal act, or should it focus on rehabilitating? Book your place today to find out.

At this in-person taster, you will also meet a member of the law academic team who will explain various aspects of our offering, and much more. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions to an academic and current students.

This taster is an in-person event and will not be available online.

Time: 1.15pm - 3.15pm
