About the University of Buckingham

We are ranked top ten in the UK for Student Satisfaction*

Buckingham is unique. The University campus is set in the South East of England and is well known for being one of the most attractive locations in the region. Home of the two-year degree, the University of Buckingham is ranked in the top 10 for student satisfaction (The Complete University Guide 2023).
We are also ranked top 10 for graduate prospects and teaching quality (The Complete University Guide 2022). We offer undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Allied Health, Business, Computing, Education, Law, Medicine, Psychology, Humanities and Social Sciences. We are one of the few universities in the UK that offer September and January start dates for almost all of our courses.

Our award-winning small class tutorials ensure every student is known by name and supported throughout their studies, including by dedicated personal tutors.

As pioneers of the two year degree, we offer a condensed version of the traditional three-year degree, meaning students can gain a full honours degree and complete your studies a whole year earlier. Alternatively, students can complete both their undergraduate and master’s degree with us in just three years: saving them time and money.
