Improving Motivation and Engagement:
This workshop looks at ways in which companies motivate and engage employees and the benefits that arise from this. With theories of motivation being looked at, the workshop looks at specific wellknown businesses and how they use financial and non-financial methods to enhance the employees’ approach to their work.
