Explore & Record : Surface design

This 1.5 hour session allows students to explore the brand new Delia Derbyshire building, looking at it and recording it in creative ways, while touring round the fantastic facilities the school of art and design offers. 

Using surface mapping, students will explore composition and layout, colour and typography to create a piece of work that can be transformed into pattern for fashion or product, this could include tableware, furnishings, auto or interiors.
