Occupational Therapy Explorative Careers Event

Friday 15 November 1pm - 4pm

Oxstalls Business School

 

Open to Year 12 / 13 and equivalent students / supporters / local community

 

The afternoon will provide attendees with an insight into the varied nature of the careers available after studying Occupational Therapy and will cover working in physical, mental health and learning disabilities sectors.

 

Academic colleagues will be sharing top tips on how to make a successful application and what students can expect their future to look like during and after studying.

 

There will be keynote speakers and our drop-in program is below:

 

13:00 Welcome Talk

13:15 Special Education

14:15 Mental Health

14:45 Driving Assessments

15:15 Posture Management

 

In addition, there will be stands from a range of OT services to engage with throughout the day. You are welcome to attend all or some of the program.
