Wrexham University invite you to attend our STEAM event to promote careers within the Applied Science, Psychology, Media, Computing, Games, Art, Engineering sectors. This event is open for local school and college students to attend various interactive sessions and hands-on activities during the day.

Students will be encouraged to take thoughtful risks, engage in experiential learning, persist in problem-solving, embrace collaboration, and work through the creative process.
The day will run from 9.30am-2.30pm. Our main aim is to inspire and remove barriers to learning in a way that uses Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts and Mathematics as access points for guiding student inquiry, dialogue, and critical thinking.
Students will be given a timetable prior to the event to look into sessions they wish to attend. Some sessions will be on a first come first serve basis due to timings and room capacity - some events will be on once and others will be continuous throughout the day. Students will be provided with a timetable on the day also to direct them throughout the event and get them to the correct rooms.
