Join us for a friendly online taster looking at the Spanish film El Laberinto del Fauno (Pan's Labyrinth) by Guillermo del Toro.

In this live and interactive Film Society, Enrique Delange-Munoz, Tutor in Spanish, and Dr Maria Gomez Bedoya, Associate Professor of Spanish Language, both in the School of Politics, Philosophy, Language and Communication Studies at UEA, will discuss/debate El Laberinto del Fauno by Guillermo del Toro.
The session will be run in English with continuous reference and discussion of Spanish.
We invite the audience to shape the discussion with presubmitted and live questions and thoughts relating to key themes of the film.
Expect a lively and dynamic session in which you will hear a wide range of different perspectives and insights and feel secure to contribute your own.
Suitable for: Year 12 & 13 students (and equivalent) studying, or with a more general interest in, El Laberinto del Fauno. In addition, students with a possible interest in a degree in Spanish/MFL and related disciplines will gain an understanding of how films are discussed in tutorials. Student groups, and individual students and teachers are very welcome to join us.
