Law at Winchester is taught through skills-based learning. You will learn how to: master a negotiation, conduct a mediation, interview a client effectively and become proficient in legal research.

You will perfect your communication skills through mooting (presenting an argument to defeat your opponent in court) in our new moot courtroom, where you may find yourself discussing anything from third-party rights when downloading music, to workplace discrimination. Our close links with the legal profession enrich your experience.
