Sociology and Politics of Science Subject Taster: Bridging Mind- Science and Beyond

Suitable for students currently in years 7-13
Science is more than science itself, and not only scientists work with science. If you love social science and want to gain some “non-scientific” insights into science, the UCL Science and Technology Department might be a good fit for you! This presentation will make a brief introduction to what we study in the department, what makes our degrees different from others, and future paths after graduation. Come and play in the interdisciplinary field of natural science, social science and humanity, and see how the emerging sciences and technologies shape our lives.
