Full event details

The session will provide an explanation in simple terms of how money works in society, using pocket money as an example, and then leads on to the issue of time - a £1 now is worth more than £1 in a year's time. That enables the audience to think about how that principle works in business. We will look at intangible assets, which - although based in accounting - becomes a philosophical puzzle, and has proved to be an interesting way to show the inter-connectivity of management & accounting themes.
