Full event details

The session will begin with a brief introduction to the United Nations collective security system and the legal framework governing the use of force under international law. Next, you will analyse a fictional scenario and consider the legal arguments for and against the use of force. No prior knowledge of international law is required to participate in this session. The use of force under international law is a key area of study in our International Law modules, which are offered in the second and third years of our LLB courses at the School of Law.
