Full event details

This session is suitable for students who have not studied Law previously as it explains the basic principles of negligence and the defences that can be raised before moving on to how damages are calculated.

The session finished with a range of scenarios where students will have to identify what defence could be raised and what award of damages is likely.

This class runs for approximately an hour, and is suitable for students in Year 12 and Year 13.
