Full event details

This is a litigation focused session which looks at whether we can just sue anyone for anything. Students are to work in groups and discuss different scenarios and legal issues, considering the pre-action steps that must be taken before we can go to court.

This class runs for approximately an hour, and is suitable for students in Year 12 and Year 13.
