Have you ever dreamt of running your own firm? How would you get the best out of your staff?

This management session involves you looking at the leadership styles used in a range of settings. This session puts you in charge of a start-up tech firm – it allows for leadership to be explored in a fun and engaging way using a range of different scenarios, helping you understand your own approach to leadership.

This masterclass will last approximately one hour and is suitable for Year 12 or 13 students who are interested in studying Business Management and Leadership.
