Full event details

Open Day check in takes place from 9am onwards. When you check in our team will explain more about the activities taking place at the event and give you a copy of the Open Day Visitor Guide. This guide will also be made available on our Open Day web pages one week prior to the event so that you can plan your day with us in advance. 

Free parking: parking is available to Open Day visitors, on a first-come first-served basis, in designated university car parks. More details will be given in the Visitor Guide. AA signs will signpost the car parks on the approaches to the city centre. We also operate a free shuttle bus service from the Transport  Interchange at Coventry railway station to the university on Open Days.  

Food voucher: A free food voucher will be provided for you and your guests at check-in. This serves as your ticket to a free lunch between 12:30am and 2pm at participating outlets across campus.
