On Thursday 24 April 2025, Make Happen and Anglia Ruskin University will host Service Children from all over the county for a day of fun and interactive activities on the ARU Writtle Campus.

Creative Forces Days are designed for Service Children* in Years 7–11 and their teachers/advisors. We also encourage Service Children to bring a buddy to learn and experience the day too!

The programme includes a Writtle campus tour (including the incredible animal care facilities), a seminar-style taster session, a workshop focused on the Service Child identity and what support is available to Service Children throughout their journey from school to FE and FE to HE. Visitors also have the chance to ask current university students about student life and the benefits of university.
