Outreach North East is a free and impartial service for teachers and advisers across the North East of England. Outreach North East is part of the North East Uni Connect Programme, which is funded by the Office for Students.
The North East Uni Connect Programme is a Partnership of all of the universities and colleges in the North East, working together to support the region’s young people and their key networks to make informed decisions about their futures.
What we offer
Outreach North East is a single point of contact for teachers and advisers, in the North East of England, which signposts and improves access to information and support to encourage progression to higher education.
Through our signposting offer we provide information about the range of pathways through further and higher education. This signposting offer is impartial, and available for teachers and advisers in all state-funded schools across the North East. You can find signposting content on the Resources, Blog, and Knowledge Base sections of our website.
Additionally, we offer CPD for teachers and advisers covering a range of topics during the academic year, including our flagship HEAT Conference.
