About Leeds Trinity University

We’re proud to offer a personal and inclusive university experience that gives every student the support to realise their potential. That’s why we’re top in Yorkshire and the Humber for student experience (The Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide 2024).

Leeds Trinity University is known for producing highly employable graduates thanks to the professional work placements that are embedded within the majority of our standard undergraduate degrees and are one of the top universities for employability. This has helped 96% of our graduates to enter employment or further study within 15 months of graduating (Graduate Outcomes, Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA) published 2024).

Leeds Trinity is proud of its high-quality teaching and facilities across both its campuses. The Main Campus offers teaching in a beautiful green space and easy access to the surrounding areas, while the new Leeds City Campus ensures that students can be close to the action in the heart of Leeds.

Our teaching staff has extensive professional experience in their fields, and many are also active researchers, contributing to Leeds Trinity’s increasing reputation for research excellence.

At Leeds Trinity, you’ll develop valuable employability and life skills, with placements and internship opportunities, or opportunities to go overseas, alongside a variety of clubs and societies to join.

Our campus

Leeds Trinity’s two campuses provide students with everything they need for student life, including accommodation, cafes, sports facilities, study spaces and communal areas.

The Andrew Kean Learning Centre is the base for studying at the Horsforth Main Campus, offering a 24-hour IT study space, café and 24/7 opening at key points throughout the academic year. Whether students prefer to work independently, collaborate on a group assignment or study in silence, the Learning Centre provides a place to work in a way that suits them. The Horsforth Main Campus is well-serviced by coffee shops and food vendors, ensuring students can easily rest and refuel while studying.

Students have the opportunity to work and learn in specialist facilities, including industry-standard TV and radio studios as part of the media centre, sport science laboratories, a mock law court and two photography studios. At the Leeds City Campus, which is due to open in the 2024/25 academic year, you’ll find a range of specialist facilities including a trading room, board room and business engagement centre, law court and custody suite, as well as specialist labs for our Computer Science and Construction and the Built Environment courses.

National Student Survey 2023

Nearly half a million students in the UK are invited to take part in the National Student Survey (NSS) every year to provide feedback on studying their course at their university or college. You can find more information about the NSS on their website.

Leeds Trinity has ranked in the top 15 institutions in the UK* for three of the seven categories in the National Student Survey (NSS) 2023, including placing fifth nationally for assessment and feedback.
