The University of Roehampton is located on a parkland campus in south-west London, close to Putney and Wimbledon, and within easy reach of central London. Excellent facilities

We have first-rate facilities at Roehampton, including modern teaching rooms and one of the best university libraries in London. We have a new media centre which includes a cinema, editing suites, newsrooms and resources for photography and sound production. We also have a range of performance spaces which include a theatre, labs for life sciences and psychology, a law court, a nursing suite and teaching rooms set up like school classrooms for our teaching students.

There is a wide range of cafes, bars and social spaces to suit all tastes, dozens of student societies, and excellent facilities for sports, music and gaming, as well as a spacious parkland campus for you to explore.

Student Support

All Roehampton students have access to a wide range of support which includes learning, careers, wellbeing and financial support, all designed to suit your needs and are available on-campus and online.

Our financial support includes scholarships, a student hardship fund to help you in times of need and access to personalised advice on budgeting. You will have access to mental health support, professional counselling and to our friendly wellbeing staff, should you want someone to talk to confidentially. We also have an on-campus medical centre and multi-faith chaplaincy.

Careers Support

All of our courses are designed with the job market in mind. Whatever you study, you'll get to learn the skills that employers value. Many of our courses also offer work placements, guest lectures and talks from industry experts. When you start at Roehampton, you will be enrolled onto CareerLink, our fantastic online careers resource exclusively for Roehampton students and graduates, giving you access to a CV builder, mock job interviews, volunteering and job directories, online skills courses and much more. We've got an onsite recruitment agency, URJobs, to help you find part-time work while you are studying with us, and full-time placements afterwards. We also organise practical workshops covering CV writing, making job applications and more. We provide drop-in sessions in our careers service, if you want one-to-one support.
