Using examples from areas as diverse as forensic science, food science, pharmaceutical drug manufacture, electronic device manufacture, nanotechnology, household products and green science, this talk will describe the wealth of careers open to students of chemistry.

The Discover Programme consists of subject-specific lectures and workshops aimed at Year 12 or Year 1 college students, delivered by academics that teach at the University.

These sessions are designed to both complement the curriculum and introduce new subject areas.
