Short Session Delivered at your school/college
The session will focus on issues surrounding the pandemic and the costs of living crisis, with a particular focus on the UK economy. Participants will be introduced to key macroeconomic issues resulting from the crisis and encouraged to discuss the relative benefits of particular policy responses.
The Discover Programme consists of subject-specific lectures and workshops aimed at Year 12 or Year 1 college students, delivered by academics that teach at the University.
These sessions are designed to both complement the curriculum and introduce new subject areas.
